Boredom = Creativity

Hey guys! So after the super bowl I got really bored and decided to do a whole bunch of makeup :) warning: it's kinda crazy!






This was inspired by a picture i found on the Internet but I decided to change it up a bit and smoke everything out.






Sadly my phone can't pick up how awesome this look is! I have silver on the lid which blends to turquoise in the tearduct and then I have a black cut crease that blends to green. Oh well it was awesome but the camera was not.



This was the last look. Basically just a simple smokey eye. Turned out cute. I think I'm going to wear it today :)

Long time no see!

Well hello! Sorry I have been so MIA on here. It's my last semester of highschool which can be quite stressful. But I'm gonna make this short and sweet because I got a super bowl to watch :) here are two looks I was trying out the other day. What do you think?

Americas Next Top Model

Hey guys! So I thought I would just share a quick blog post about the awesome thing I got to do yesterday. If you follow me on twitter you may already have some sort of idea of what I am talking about. A few weeks ago the lady who did my amazing senior pictures called me to ask if I would be interested in a 'high fashion couture' shoot with a circus theme. Of course I jumped on the oppurtunity and said yes.

Fast forward to yesterday. The shoot started at 2pm and I had to be poked and prodded for almost three hours! First the hair people curled my entire head with a half in barrel, which made me look like shirley temple on crack, and then they crimped it and teased the crap out of it. Then I got some crazy make and I might as well just show you the rest.

Keep in mind these are all behind the scenes shots from my moms iPhone. I will post the real shots when I get them in January :)

Black Friday Haul

Hey guys! So I, like most of you, went out and braved the massive crowds this past Friday. Now if your not from America, Black Friday is the day after out Thanksgiving when almost all our stores open extremely early and sell things for a huge steal! It's pretty exciting I must admit.

This was my first year ever going and man was it crazy. But the madness was worth it because I got some major deals. I also got absolutley all my Christmas shopping done which I am pretty proud of.

Now I will show you what I bought for myself but I am not going to post a blog on what I got my family till Christmas is over... Or do you want it sooner? It's up to you guys :) I guess I'm not too nervous about them reading this.

I didn't actually buy myself anything until we got to the mall. I was not willing to wait in line at Target for myself so that was just out of the question. I did get my mom something pretty cool there though, but I do admit I was snuck into the front of the line by two old ladies.

Anyways back to what I was saying! Our first stop at the mall was Aerie where they were selling 7 pairs of underwear for $25! Now if you know me you know i love my comfy undergarments. After Aerie I was stopped by a sneaky little vender lady who totally talked me into getting this ultimate nail care kit. Now don't get me wrong it is absolutley AMAZING but I just didn't really need it so I am kinda mad at myself for buying it. It comes with a buffer, nail file, cuticle oil and hand lotion. Seriously it is magic. I will have to do a tutorial just to show you how awesome it really is.

The other vendor scam I got sucked into was the HerStyler heat tools. I bought an amazing clipless curling iron which I love but I feel I just payed too much. Oh well I will learn from getting ripped off. The last stop I made was Urban Vibe were I bought over 20 NYX products for about $30. Ya I know I was amazed too! Oh and I also picked up the Lady Gaga lipstick at MAC.

Well that is my Black Friday experience. Very tiring and I definetly can wait another year for it to happen again. Lesson of this blog, Don't let Ashley go to any Kiosks ever ever again.
